Description:

We are looking for a Part-time Teller who is willing to be flexible with scheduled shifts for our Conrad Office located in Conrad, MT. Come and join the strongest progressive Credit Union in the area.

You will be responsible for assisting members with their account financial needs. These duties include, but are not limited to: providing account information, processing various financial transactions, such as, account deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments and matching our members’ needs with the appropriate credit union products/services. Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Branch Manager. General shifts are M-F, 25 plus hours per week.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/Equivalent
  • Prefer 1 year Teller/Customer Service or related work experience
  • Must be Flexible with scheduled shifts
  • Must be able to greet members immediately in a professional manner
  • Must be able to cross-sell credit union services and products
  • Excellent listening and written/verbal communication skills
  • Proven team play with organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Basic knowledge of standard office equipment and Microsoft Office
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.

Executive Assistant To CEO  •  Full-time  •  RH Scott Branch, MT

Description:

We are looking for a self-motivated, flexible, full time Executive Assistant to the CEO to join our RH Scott Branch, located just outside the gate of Malmstrom Air Force Base. Come and join the strongest progressive Credit Union in the area.

You will be responsible for supporting the job activities of the President/CEO. Duties include, but are not limited to, the following: general clerical and correspondence, monthly Board reports/packet/minutes, committee minutes, databases, various filing, credit union contracts, file maintenance, copying and problem solving. General hours are 30 to 40 Monday-Friday.

Requirements:

  • Business Degree preferred or 1 year of clerical experience
  • Proficient with standard office equipment and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills
  • Proven analytical, planning, multi-tasking and organizational skills
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality
  • Requires excellent interpersonal skills and be a team player
