Digital Banking Upgrade

We have listened to your feedback and care about your banking experience, and we are excited to inform you that mobile and online banking will be getting an upgrade! This means your digital banking experience will be faster, more convenient, and more secure.

In the near future, our online banking platform will look different upon login and our current mobile app will no longer be supported. You do not need to take any action regarding online banking, but you may need to update the mobile app to continue utilization of the software. You will be prompted of this update.

Two-factor authentication, which includes creating a password as well as receiving a text, email, or phone call, will be a step in the sign-in process. Additionally, one password and username per account holder is all that will be required to access both online and mobile banking. Currently, creating login credentials for both mobile and online banking are required. Please note that both primary and joint account owners will need to create their own login credentials. This is because a primary account owner will see different information than a joint account owner, and we recommend these different credentials for security purposes as well as functionality of the systems.

  • Adding External Accounts
  • Making Loan Payments
  • Sending & Receiving Money Via Zelle
  • Budgeting and Savings Tools

How to Prepare?

When mobile and online banking simultaneously launch, you will be prompted upon login to create a new username and password. Information that will be required of you to create this new login will include your last name, SSN, zip code, and date of birth. If you already have the mobile app there will be no need to re-download it; updating the app is all that will be required.

Because of the new updates and security measures, bothprimary and joint account owners will need to ensure the information below is current and correct for each account holder. This information is essential for access to the new digital banking systems along with enhancing your experience for existing products and services. Please note that primary and joint account owners will have separate login credentials, making the accuracy of this information especially significant.

To update your home address, mobile phone number, or email address, please stop into your nearest branch or send us a secure message using our current mobile and online banking.
