You will be responsible for supporting the job activities of the Communications Director. Assist with advertising programs, electronic and social media marketing and demographic studies. Assist with planning organizing and public relations functions in conjunction with the Digital Communication Director and credit unions marketing strategies. Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Digital Communication Director

Requirements:

  • Prefer Associate Degree in Communication/Marketing/Public Relations/Graphic Design/Business Administration, but not required.
  • 2 years of professional experience in development in marketing campaigns, ad placement, and Social Media Marketing a plus, but not required.
  • Must have strong writing skills.
  • Flexible in working some evenings or weekends on an occasional basis.
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
  • A thorough understanding of the credit unions philosophy with the ability to effectively cross-sell credit union products and services.

Description:

We are looking for a Collection Supervisor located in our R.H. Scott branch office, just outside of the main gate of Malmstrom Air Force Base. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: direct, oversee and supervise all aspects of the credit union collection activities, staff, programs, bankruptcy process and laws, and monthly reporting. Oversee collection efforts, delinquency resolutions, and recovery efforts to include collateral protection insurance, mortgage delinquency, mortgage hazard insurance and property tax assignments. Responsible for preparing and overseeing collection policies and procedures relative to compliance regulation, keeping management informed and assisting in maintaining the safety and soundness of the credit union.

Requirements:

  • Prefer a College degree and/or comparable education with 2 years of financial institution experience in collections or related experience and/or training.
  • Must possess good problem solving and mathematical skills, able to compute rate, ratio, percentage and interpret charts.
  • Demonstrated ability and knowledge to oversee all collections efforts including, but not limited to review of collection activity, execution of legal proceedings, proficient knowledge of collection practices and bankruptcy law, familiar with collection regulations in overseeing collection efforts, member workouts, repossessions, legal action and recommended charge off activity
  • Knowledge of credit union and/or financial institution collection operations
  • Requires interpersonal, analytical, planning, supervisory, organizational and training skills and ability to work professionally with the public
